Hiring Now! We are currently recruiting for a Senior Structures Engineer with Dam wall construction experience who'll play a lead role in enhancing the flood capacity and resilience of the dam, ensuring the long-term viability of this key asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a safety-oriented culture, ensuring strict adherence to HSEQ responsibilities outlined in project plans.
- Acquire and apply expertise in crucial management plans and procedures such as PSP, EMP, PQP, CMP, and WRMP.
- Actively participate in the development and review of risk assessments, SWMS, and THRCs, with a specific focus on high-risk activities.
- Thoroughly comprehend client specifications to facilitate the timely fulfillment of Quality system requirements, encompassing ITPs, Lot Closure, and NCRs.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Head Contract requirements, encompassing progress and variation claims, while adeptly identifying contractual risks and opportunities.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or its equivalent.
- Significant experience delivering a structural dam project.
- Advanced computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Suite, Viewpoint, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Quality procedures, WHS, Environmental and HR/ IR procedures.
- Ability to produce Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and ITP's for all trades.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current C-Class Driver's License.
