Would include financial negotiations with clients. Pre Contracts / supporting Estimators. While reporting to the Operations Manager your role will include: Financial management of your section Supporting Engineers / plus training Planning, forecasting & Programming Liaising with Foremen, site staff and sub contractors PreContracts / Bid work To be successful you must have a proven track record of delivering concrete projects with a civil contractor in similar conditions.
