Working with an experienced construction team, you will provide guidance on safety, construction planning and project reporting to enable flawless project execution. This is a project leadership role and a genuine pathway to a Project Management career with Nathan Contractors. The position can be based in either Brisbane or Canberra as it will involve predominantly being site-based / working away from home.

The role demands above average analytical and communication skills and an ability to work between projects, to coordinate with Project Managers and liaise with senior staff across the company.

at least five years on-site experience with a mid-size civil contractor, with a majority of that experience being in complex structural concrete works, and

a degree in Civil Engineering, along with any post-graduate training in contracts and financial management.
