- Support and mentor Project Engineers
- Lead technical design and implementation of medium to high complex projects
- Integrate primary systems within Outdoor Enclosures and Switchrooms
- Develop cable schedules
- Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and manage technical risks, and provide necessary reporting
- Participate in project and team meetings
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure designs meet client expectations
- Utilise our established customer project process for project design, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our customers
- 10+ years in a similar role
- Expertise in IEC & AC standards (e.g., AS2067, AS3000, AS61869.2, AS61869.3, etc.)
- Chartered and a registered professional in Queensland Victoria (RPEQ/RPEV)
- Proven Project Engineering experience with a dedication to delivering high-quality results for customers and stakeholders
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for innovation and collaboration
