Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex and significant civil and demolition projects. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the successful delivery of challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil and demolition projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee site operations, including resource allocation, subcontractor management, and implementation of safety measures.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare regular progress reports, budgets, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in managing civil and demolition projects, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and mentor team members to achieve project goals.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
