Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing various projects, leading a team of professionals, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
The role would suit someone who wants to progress in an organisation, someone who has site and SPE experience at a number of levels and someone who understands what it takes to work within a team to achieve results.
Experience On Site working directly with direct Plant and Labour is Essential.
Experience in a similar environment would be very important for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate current projects, awarded projects, and tenders under negotiation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve project objectives and milestones.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of real-life work experience in a similar company within the civil construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ambitious and driven to excel in a fast-paced working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
