The Company: Stellar Recruitment’s civil division is partnering with a leading top-tier contractor who is renowned for delivering highly technical and challenging D&C infrastructure projects across the East Coast. With multiple major road and highway projects underway across Queensland, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Senior Project Engineer to join the team delivering a major highway project right he is SEQ. This is an opportunity to deliver projects with a leading contractor leading the way with retention, continuous development and mentorship. With a strong project team forming, this is a project set for success!    The Role: As Senior Project Engineer, you will be site-based, working for the PC and responsible for the successful execution and delivery of a multi-million-dollar highway project right here in SEQ. This is an opportunity to work on a major project from day 1 and carry it through to completion. Project scope will include; road construction, bulk earthworks, structures, drainage and slope stabilisation. A good fit for this role will be someone with previous road experience (ideally TMR/RMS) and capable of effectively managing project teams ensuring quality, programs, cost and safety are industry leading.    The Skills Required: Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or similar Proven experience delivering projects across Roads (DTMR/TfNSW) – highly desirable Excellent management and leadership skills driving large teams to a combined outcome Someone looking to develop, play as a team and drive project success Effective stakeholder management both internal and external Someone who champions a safe working environment The Why: SEQ-based project with…
