Form of workAirswift is looking for an experienced Senior Project HSE Advisor to join our top-tier client on a 6-month contract with a 2:1 FIFO arrangement (ex. Perth) in the Pilbara region for a significant iron ore project led by a Tier 1 operator.
In this role, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Offering guidance to site contractors and supervisors on Critical Risk Management.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant health and safety regulations.
- Conducting inspections, investigating incidents, and providing formal reports.
- Performing Post Mobilisation/Periodic Contractor Assessments as per the Construction Health and Safety Management Plan and participating in the review of Construction Risk Assessment documentation.
- Attending safety meetings and HSE forums to support project objectives and KPIs.
- Monitoring and examining traveller activity in JESI.

About You
- Previous involvement in FIFO roles within the construction or mining sector, ideally with experience at Rio Tinto sites.
- Thorough understanding of pertinent health and safety legislation and standards.
- Possession of relevant professional qualifications and experience in health and safety advisory roles within the mining resources or mining construction sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of diverse sizes and complexities.
- Strong proficiency in Rio Tinto project safety systems.
