ABOUT THE POSITION.
If you enjoy the delivery aspect of projects, love being on site, and enjoy the construction stages, this role is for you! Take advantage of their clear structure, manage your projects, and take your team to excellence without the realms of micromanagement. Coordinate projects from DA onwards and continue to exploit your leadership skills by mentoring emerging architects in the team.
DUTIES.
- Ability to lead others and deliver projects magnificently
- Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental regulations
- Manage a variety of large-scale, complex, post-DA projects
- Financial management of the projects and estimation of time & costs
- Proven high proficiency with Revit
- Registration is desirable
- Strong communication skills and coordination among consultants
- Demonstrated experience in multi-residential and/or aged care projects
