We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will lead the construction documentation and ongoing project concerns during construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality, creative, and functional designs that exceed expectations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the construction documentation process for residential projects, including design development, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage project timelines, consultants, client expectations and project stakeholder.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and best practices to ensure designs are compliant and sustainable.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential design and construction.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing completed residential projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
