Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager in our ANZ business, your impact will be delivering major, cutting-edge projects within our Urban Development business line. You will provide technical expertise across a range of projects and play an integral role in managing project and team performance as well as driving project outcomes. In this role, you will team lead and be responsible for the growth and development of up to 3 direct reports.
Our Urban Development project portfolio spans master-planned communities, large-scale subdivisions, medium-density townhouses, retirement villages, industrial, commercial, civic and public infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Project Manager with expertise in the land development sector, you will be involved in all aspects of the development process and will work with our clients to help them bring their projects to life.
Qualifications
Ideally, you will have 7+ years experience in a similar role with local knowledge of urban development projects (Residential and Industrial) within a consultancy environment.
In addition to this, you will also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar
- 7 + years’ experience managing Land Development Projects (Residential, Industrial)
- Team leadership experience to ensure the smooth management and delivery of projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Understanding of superintendency highly advantageous
- Excellent understanding & proficiency in Office Suite, Excel and Project
- A thorough understanding of Civil engineering principles
- An excellent understanding of the land development process
- The ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and within tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders, authorises, clients and contractors at all levels
- Strong organisation and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities
