About the Opportunity
Ventia has been awarded the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a small team of Project Managers in providing sound management to multiple small, large and complex projects.
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for maintaining exceptional client relationships, developing stakeholder lines of communication, and ensuring superior project delivery to exceed the client’s expectations including project plans, scope definition, timelines, quality definition, assurance, and financial controls.
This role is a secure, permanent full-time opportunity base in Adelaide.

What you will be doing:
- Leading the project team to the successful delivery of project deliverables including asset maintenance related activities ensuring achievement against defined success indicators around sustainability, relationships, subcontractor performance, client expectations and delivery requirements.
- Establish and maintain productive client relationships, facilitating effective project delivery and escalation management.
- Work in consultation with the Project and Asset teams to establish regular reports on technical, systems and productivity performances.
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualification in construction, engineering, quality surveying or similar.
- Demonstrated Project Management and team management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of a range of project management software.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid organisational skills including multitasking and time-management as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with demonstrated ability in influencing outcomes across stakeholders.
To be successful you must be able to hold a Security Clearance and therefore be an Australian Citizen.
