The Senior Project Manager is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
- Lead the end to end delivery, from inception through to delivery of medium to large sized initiatives and/or key pieces of work within large complex projects and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer.
- You will operate across multiple teams to ensure delivery is aligned.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and influence when required to ensure project delivery.
- Identify and manage the risks, issues and dependencies throughout the delivery framework.
- Apply sound management principles and work within the ANZ Delivery Frameworks.

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
7-10 years project management experience preferably in the Banking or Finance industry.
Communication skills; ability to articulate messages and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. From executive level to project team members.
Ability to collaborate, negotiate with, and influence people.
Leadership; ability to build and form strong relationships and teams; provide direction and vision, and the ability to coach and mentor team members.
Project management/organisational skills; excellent time management and planning skills
Adaptability and flexibility; especially key in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities and ambiguity
A proactive and can-do attitude
Experience across all project management methodologies and ability to adapt those methodologies to suit each project
Ability to actively listen, use judgement and make sound decisions.
