You will be joining an experienced and focused delivery team on a diverse range of multidisciplined projects, comprising of earthworks, treatment plants, large scale pipelines, pumpstations, and concrete structures across the metropolitan Adelaide and regional areas of South Australia worth circa $500m over the next four years.In this role you'll be responsible for:Lead the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects under a program of works: pump stations, pipelines, treatment plant infrastructure upgradesProvide leadership support and development to the team through feedback, celebrating successes, and supporting individual development/capabilityEffective and professional management of relationships with multiple stakeholder groups throughout the project life cycleEffective use of project production controls to reliably forecast accurate completion metrics that inform timely internal and external project reportingProvide leadership, direction and guidance to project staff in resolving complex issuesConsistently producing and driving high-quality outcomes across safety, quality and cost, meeting both Fulton Hogan and client expectations.How you'll connect to the role:Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experienceExperience on construction projects in water infrastructureDemonstrated experience in managing the engineering and design aspects of multiple multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects across different asset classesA successful track record of delivering safe construction projects on time and on budgetA good understanding of control systems and experience with quality control, construction completion and commissioningAlignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & LeadershipAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
