Senior Project Manager

Work across D&C Commercial projects in the tier 2 commercial building industry. Reputable builder specialising in industrial projects.

This private owned tier 2 commercial builder has been longstanding within the WA market. With a focus on establishing key relationships, a high level of service and a reputation for delivering on time and on budget, they continue to pave the way in project delivery.
Focusing on the commercial, industrial, agricultural and resource sectors, they specialise in warehouses, offices, bulk storage, workshops, distribution & Industrial facilities with projects ranging up to $60m.
They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an integral role for their business.

Key Requirements:

• Hold a construction related degree or relevant qualification (not essential).
• Extensive experience as Project Manager delivering D&C commercial/industrial builds is essential.
• Ideally come from a contract administration or senior site management background.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be highly competent on systems.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
• The ability to mentor & upskill team members.
• Work collaboratively with senior management team.
