Program Managers:

Up to two Program Managers are required to take over the oversight of ongoing projects within Digital Health’s Readiness and Transformation Programs. 

The candidate must be able to self-start and lead effectively, ensuring continuity and progress. A thorough handover will be provided by the current leads, who are being reallocated to higher priority initiatives within the portfolio

Program Manager Requirements:

  • Project Manager Oversight: Supervise and support Project Managers to ensure that individual projects within the digital health transformation program are executed effectively and meet their objectives.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT teams, and executives, to ensure project alignment and support.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and optimal utilisation of the budget.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address issues that could impact the program's success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with quality and compliance standards.

Senior Project Managers:

Up to two Senior Project Managers are required to provide oversight of ongoing projects within Digital Health Programs.  

The candidate must be able to self-start and lead effectively, ensuring continuity and progress. 

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

  • Project Oversight: Effectively manage, lead and support assigned projects, as directed by the Program Manager,  including providing high level specialist expertise and authoritative advice to define and develop options and solutions in project delivery outcomes. Maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy and timeliness of information and advice, including being responsive to changing and competing priorities.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Support the Program Manager by engaging and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
  • Resource Management: Provide guidance and project management advice to staff and project teams, including implementing flexible and innovative resource management practices for the effective and efficient use of allocated budgets as directed.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address issues that could impact the project/s success, including tracking and reporting on project/s performance.
  • Other: Prepare and produce a range of high-level correspondence, including project reports, submissions, briefings, and other correspondence, at a senior level, and within required timeframes.
