About youThe ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and demonstrate extensive senior-level experience in project management methodologies, particularly in contract administration. They should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Additionally, the candidate should excel in writing complex reports and technical documents tailored to various stakeholders, while also leading customer-centric service models. Effective engagement with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and advocacy activities are essential, aligned with strategic goals. Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit leadership qualities, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship and inclusive approaches. Experience in civil construction, including mid to large-scale projects in "brown field" environments, as well as a thorough understanding of building standards, safety regulations, and environmental considerations, is crucial for this role.
