Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the teamAs a Senior Project Manager you will work predominantly in the cards space with large Finance Institutions across both the ANZ and SE Asian regions.What you may be doing:Building relationships and trust with large finance institution organisations across this regionPlanning and co-ordinating all aspects of large projects from initiation to successful deliveryIdentifying required resources for projects, defining and assigning major project roles.Creating project charters to identify project scope, critical success factors, risks, etc.Managing the project work plan and holding the team and project resources accountable to variances in budget and hours.Interacting with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams.Overseeing schedules and budgets to ensure a successful outcomeManaging project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assisting with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.Travelling regularly across ANZ and SE Asia depending on project requirementsWhat you bring:Around 7 years’ experience in a similar Project Management capacityKnowledge of financial services industryGood understanding of P1C/BASE Global/B2K or any relevant credit card processing technologiesExtensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelinesKnowledge of the industry project management best practices, e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles, e.g., conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, classic or traditional waterfall phases of analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and the correct project applicationAdvanced skill in the use of project management software to manage projects, e.g., MS Project and auxiliary tools, such as earned value database, audit tools, project repository, including risk, issues and action items database, SLIM Estimate, Metrics and Control, PlanView, Platinum Process ContinuumDemonstrated skill in managing project budgets and timelinesSkill in the use of negotiation techniques to reach agreement when there are widely-differing viewpointsExcellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with executive level clientsWhat we offer you:Competitive salary, range of benefits designed to help support your lifestyle and wellbeingFlexible, hybrid work environmentA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities#LI-TC2Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
