The Brief:
Phillip Riley has partnered with our client, an Australian business at the forefront of delivering renewable energy solutions nationally. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team based in Richmond. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of ground-mount solar projects (2-10MW) and medium Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (up to 20MWh), with a strong pipeline of already won work.

Our client is a large Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) provider with a strong focus on delivering renewable energy solutions, including solar farms, battery energy storage, rooftop solar, and microgrids.
The Role:
The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring standards, budget, and program alignment. Key responsibilities include reviewing HSE quality requirements, driving profitability and efficiencies, mentoring Project Managers and Site Managers, leading contractual negotiations, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualification in electrical trade/project management/engineering or similar discipline
- At least six to eight years of experience in construction/renewable energy/project management/engineering
- Ability to understand all facets of a project life-cycle
- Experience managing staff members and contractors
- Understanding of Microsoft Suite
