About the Role:
Are you a Project Manager with a passion for driving excellence in health care projects? Join our team as a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of the Southern Redevelopment Stage One program.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Southern Redevelopment, Stage 1 program which includes upgrades and new builds at Flinders Medical Centre, Noarlunga Hospital and Repat Health Precinct, to provide southern suburbs’ residents with better access to vital healthcare, in turn improving patient flow and reducing pressure on the system.
The Senior Project Manager will assist the Capital Redevelopment Lead, and work closely with the redevelopment team, clinical and corporate divisions, to ensure the successful delivery of the program through sound project management, operational planning and coordination. This includes strategic analysis and liaison with key stakeholders with the reform, alignment and coordination of programs, change management, providing advice/consultation and supporting leadership on the projects affected by the redevelopment program.
This role will be responsible for planning and coordinating relocation of services impacted by the redevelopment program.

About you:
- Significant demonstrated experience in Project Management and managing complex programs of work, in a complex organisation, and during periods of change.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills which demonstrate a capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders on a range of sensitive and complex issues to achieve positive outcomes.
- Proven ability for flexibility, innovation and creativity within the whole of service setting.
