Currently they are seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Adelaide operations to join the business on a permanent basis.
YOUR NEXT ROLE:
You will be the most senior resource overseeing their project most likely around $70mill in value, a large multilevel residential construction project. You will be responsible for arranging labour, materials and resources, completion of works in line with the clients' expectations and within the budget, overseeing subcontractor works, reviewing site reports, designs and drawings, monitoring progression of works against the program, communication with various stakeholders, lead site specific work health, safety, environment and quality plans, etc.
ARE YOU A FIT?
You will be degree qualified with considerable commercial construction experience managing large projects. You will have worked on $20mill + Australian commercial projects ideally with experience on large residential multi level high rise construction projects. You will be looking for a prominent building company where you can develop your skills and work on challenging projects. You will be a self-starter, who is diligent, with good attention to detail, communication and people skills and have a good work ethic.
