Working to an Agile methodology, the team develops and supports the technology and processes which deliver the Ambulance Clinical Systems including infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), databases, backups and restores, monitoring, security and technical interfaces.As a Product Owner of this team, you are the voice of, and counsel to the customer. You will be responsible for end-to-end product management lifecycle and defining a viable vision and roadmap, including financial management for the product.Reporting into the Associate Director of Clinical Applications, you will own the Electronic Medical Records (eMR) system lifecycle and provide support to various NSW Health stakeholders. You will be collaborating with your team, customers, vendors and other Product Owners within eHealth to identify, prioritise, document, communicate and deliver 24 x 7 services on a rotating on-call roster, ensuring the system is maintained, reviewed, and upgraded as necessary for meeting business and patient needs.Health Manager Level 4, commencing salary from $137,173.00 - $163,431.00 + 11% Super and Annual Leave loadingFor more information, read the full .What you will doAs an integral member of the Ambulance Clinical Systems Team , you will:

• Provide 24 x 7 critical care and support for eMR systems.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of eMR, including liaising with various stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic roadmap planning and delivery, including financial management of the product.
• Provide subject matter expertise and oversee operations of the product lifecycle.
• Lead and manage the product backlog including, creation, refinement, and prioritisation of work items.
• Consider all user stories and defects and input from stakeholders to ensure alignment with agreed product vision.
• Partner with customers and key stakeholders to effectively manage and achieve the agreed product deliverables.
