What you will doAs an integral member of the Ambulance Clinical Systems Team , you will:
- Provide 24 x 7 critical care and support for eMR systems.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of eMR, including liaising with various stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic roadmap planning and delivery, including financial management of the product.
- Provide subject matter expertise and oversee operations of the product lifecycle.
- Lead and manage the product backlog including, creation, refinement, and prioritisation of work items.
- Consider all user stories and defects and input from stakeholders to ensure alignment with agreed product vision.
- Partner with customers and key stakeholders to effectively manage and achieve the agreed product deliverables.

- Experience working on a rotating on-call roster.
