The Role And Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of subdivision initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient subdivision processes, from conceptualization to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
- Manage regulatory compliance, zoning requirements, and permitting processes for subdivision projects.
- Ensure the quality and technical excellence of subdivision designs and infrastructure.
The Requirements
To be considered for this stand-out opportunity, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Upwards of 7 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Experience of working within an engineering design consultancy in Australia
- Experience of working as a Project manager on Land Development (subdivision) projects
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Full working rights in Australia
