Role Description
We’re taking Expression Of Interest applications for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of accommodation projects ranging from aged care, student housing, residential and high-density.
Located in our new Sydney CBD office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion, whilst ensuring budget and quality expectations are met.
- Preparing feasibility studies, business cases and scopes of works.
- Overseeing tender processes and appointing contractors.
- Engaging and liaising with consultants.
- Fostering strong working relationships with delivery partners and key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile
To be successful, you’ll need demonstrated experience delivering Aged Care, Social or Affordable Housing, Hotels, Mixed-Use or other High-Density residential projects.
You’ll also need:
- The ability to understand ‘the big picture’ of where these projects fit into the social infrastructure space (for Government projects), or how these developments impact the strategic objectives of private organisations (for projects in the private sector).
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with design and construction phases of projects from the High-Density Residential sector.
- A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Qualifications in Development Management, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
