Senior Project Manager - Construction

Meticulous planning, outstanding client relationships and a true partnership approach with subcontractors has put them in the enviable position of being able to pick and choose key projects.

This employer of choice seeks a Senior Project Manager who will report directly to the General Manager of Construction. The forthcoming build is a large-scale, significant mission critical project that has a challenging program.

This role is somewhat unique. The main focus for the Senior Project Manager does not include contractual matters or client liaison – all of those concerns are covered. The main focus is to take complete control of the concrete structure, drive the program, engage fully with the subcontractors, commit to any design anomalies, and relentlessly pursue quality.
