AddressWe are looking for a highly competent SeniorProject Manager who has successfully completed large scale network uplifts to manage the various interdependencies of the project.
The contract is an initial 2 year contract and will require the person to be on-site.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with senior management, technologists, PROJECT MANAGERs and program managers to control and coordinate across a very large network transformation.
You will be required to deliver, maintain and monitor a complex dependency schedule across the overarching program and deliver to organisational standards, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within the agreed scope.
You will be an exceptional Senior Project Manager with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of senior stakeholders, vendors, IT and business both internal and external .
Key experience for the Senior Project Manager should include the following :
- Establish a roadmap of portfolio delivery including systems, interdependencies, governance and budgets – providing a Centre of Excellence for the project teams
- Experience working on large scale uplifts with distributed networks
- Taking projects from staging through to deployment and decommissioning.
- Extensive experience in SD WAN upgrades
- Engage internal resources, technical owners and PROJECT MANAGERs to ensure alignment regarding delivery of the various technology projects
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on each proposed project's scope, strategic alignment, cost, quality, required resources, dependencies, time-frames and constraints
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring key stakeholders are identified and engaged early in the project life cycle
- Strong background on working with large business transformation programs where technology is the enabler
- Delivering within a high quality critical, complex multifaceted environment
- Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, Scrum, ITIL ,Agile delivery)
- Demonstrated and strong leadership skills with proven ability set direction and approach, and execute with limited information and ambiguity
- Resilience and a go-getter attitude with the ability to resolve dependencies and get things done within timeframes
- Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders in a large complex environment.
