They will also work in partnership with the department's Community Safety Building Authority (CSBA), who provide end-to-end project management on infrastructure projects including the delivery of Victoria's new prisons.

Your skills and experience

To thrive in this role, you will possess strong project management skills and an ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment along with demonstrated expertise in delivering large scale service development programs and a high level understanding of project management methodology. You will also have experience in coordinating teams, providing internal consultancy to managers and provision of authoritative advice on complex issues.

A relevant tertiary qualification in planning and project management is desirable, and a qualification in law, business or criminal justice is highly desirable.
