Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Triple H Construction team. This is a full time perm postion based at our Kirrawee office.
In this role you will oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of retail fit outs and refurb projects for clients from banking and finance, hospitality and commercial. You will manager multiple projects at a time varying in project value varies from $100k- 4M.
You will be responsible ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects across nsw.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 5 + years’ experience as a Builder, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Manger or similar related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
