About the role
The Senior Project Officer, Board Services is accountable to the Manager, Board and Government Relations for the provision of a high-level executive administrative, secretarial and project support for the CALHN Board Secretariat, Ministerial and Government Relations functions.
This includes:
- Providing administrative support to the Manager with the preparation of Board papers and Board meeting logistics.
- Providing high-level secretariat and project support function to the Board Committees, including analysis and collation of papers and information to members of the Board.
- Coordinating information and documentation to ensure the Board Secretariat meets reporting requirements and timeframes.
- Coordinating the on-boarding and induction of new Governing Board members.
- Delivering accurate, consistent, proactive and high-quality advice to the Director, Office of the CEO and the Manager.
- Assisting the Manager with the Ministerial and Government relations duties as required.
- Providing project management support to the Executive Leadership team.
