We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Project Officer for our Staff Wellbeing Program!
About the Role:
The Senior Project Officer - Staff Wellbeing Program co-ordinator is responsible for the development of ongoing operational activities to support wellbeing activities and the delivery and expansion of Schwartz Rounds across SALHN. The ideal candidate will be invested in staff experience, will have the ability to managed multiple stakeholders and is organised and efficient with the handling of data.
About you:
- Proven experience in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing procedures to support efficient and safe work practices.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to foster productive working relationships with peers, staff and stakeholders.
- A high level of analytical, conceptual, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
