 The ideal candidate for this position not only brings a minimum of three years of experience in a Senior Property Manager role but also embodies strong leadership qualities, demonstrating the potential for career growth into a Team Leader role for the right candidate.

This role is tailored for someone with proven leadership qualities who aspires to grow into a Team Leader position or already has team leader experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of Property Management, including:

• Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong owner and tenant relationships consistently. 
• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of up to 120 properties to achieve consistent results and win/win outcomes for owners and tenants. 
• Financial Management: experience in trust account management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Business Growth: Develop strategies to attract new business and maximise opportunities from existing clients.
• Efficiency Champion: Led continuous improvement initiatives in property management practices.
• Team Development: Promote employee growth through training and coaching.
• Regulatory Compliance: Administered and ensured adherence to industry standards at the highest level. 
• Accountability: Be autonomous & accountable with the ability to lead others by setting an example. 

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• A minimum of three years of experience in a Senior Property Manager role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Team player 
• Genuine enjoyment of working independently and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
