Due to growth within the business our client are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager/Team Leader to join their high achieving, vibrant and friendly team! Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage in office duties across 200 properties with support 
• Leasing and Field Agents to support you in the out-of-office duties!
• Lease Renewals
• Rental Arrears
• Processing Maintenance
• Providing exceptional customer service to owners and tenants/ follow up and clear communication
• Become the Team Leader in 12-18months!

The Successful Candidate:

• 5+ years Property Management experience  
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
• High personal presentation
• High level of communication and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
• Valid driver's license
