Responsibilities
- Generate daily rental arrears reports and manage late tenant invoice payments as needed.
- Address emails and in-person inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Efficiently handle and complete maintenance requests and reports using advanced Computer Software, specifically Maintenance Manager.
- Schedule, conduct, and follow up on routine inspections.
- Assist with routine inspections in the office.
- Manage databases, focusing on departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Input maintenance and owner invoices as required.
- Provide general administration support to the Property Management team and liaise with tenants and landlords as necessary.

Must have
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Property Manager.
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Previous experience with Property Me, IRE, Vault, Teams & Inspector Express is preferred but not essential.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic coupled with a "can do" attitude.
- Hold a current real estate certificate of registration and driver's license.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
