This busy role will see you manage an immaculate residential portfolio of 220 houses and apartments that are located in the Inner West. The role will be supported by a full-time leasing consultant, accounting, BDM and an administration team so you can focus 100% on your Landlord and Tenant relationships. You will also have the flexibility to hire your own assistant to manage inspections and maintenance.
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Arrears management
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Manage tenant and Landlord communication
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Bond and insurance claims
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Project manage renovations
- Onboard new managements with the BDM
- A Class 2 real estate licence
- Experience managing a residential portfolio
- Familiar with Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate
- A valid driver’s licence and a reliable car
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Clear communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
