- Answer in bound calls, greet guests
- Carry out leasing, ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections
- Prepare lease agreement and arrange leases to be signed
- Order kitchen and office supplies
- Prepare open and auction packs
- Book property marketing, photographers, and stylists
- Order signboards, brochures, and any print media items
- Upload new listings online
- Share new listings to social media
- Manage exchange and settlement paperwork
- Order settlement gifts and prepare key hand over
- Manage sales file compliance
The right candidate will have:
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays to carry out leasing inspections
- Work experience in real estate or an administrative role
- Customer service focused
- Eager to build a long-term real estate career
- Full Australian work rights
