Senior Property Manager - Carnegie AreaWorking with a prestigious brand, from their modern, clean and friendly high end office, with 2 days work from home, this is an opportunity for a passionate and driven individual.

Position only available as last PM has finished up after 9 years in the company!
The role is nurturing and managing a portfolio of circa 180 high end properties (apartments, houses, townhouses mostly) around the inner suburbs (Carnegie, Bentleigh, Brighton). This portfolio is more modern, with fine properties at higher rents.
JOB DUTIES:
- Management of your own portfolio, 180 properties
- Compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin (assisted by VA's with this), maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Other administrative duties
Minimal weekends (as you have leasing support) this role is available only due to growth in the company. The successful applicant will enjoy the below!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Well presented and spoken skills
