Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their vibrant team. As the Property Manager you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent service for your clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties all within close proximity to the office.
- Act as the main point of contact for renters and rental providers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property inspections, including Entry/Exit reports and routine inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Advertise and market vacant properties to attract prospective renters.
- Screen and select renters, including conducting background checks and verifying references.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with rental policies and regulations.
- Collect rent payments and manage financial transactions related to the properties.
- Stay updated on rental market trends and advise property owners on pricing and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in property management.
- Knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software Property Me, IRE.
- Must have Agents Representative Certificate.
