Senior Property Manager

This extremely rare opportunity has opened within a leading Real Estate agency for an experienced Residential Property Manager/Senior Property Manager. This is an opportunity to utilise your real estate experience & business acumen to assist in the management and growth of a premium, high-end portfolio in a great Central Location.
 
Reporting directly to management,  the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the portfolio of 120 properties, whilst being heavily involved in the strategic planning for future growth.  Inherent qualities that will flourish in this role include a self-driven and durable work ethic, a passion for real estate, and great property management experience. 
 
You will be responsible for all aspects of property management including but not limited to:

• Managing a Property Management portfolio.
• Work with Management to develop new business strategies
• Ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Maintenance and repairs
• Preparing proposals for new clients

The successful Property Manager will possess the following attributes:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in property management
• Experience developing and managing a premium portfolio
• A professional, polished, and mature disposition
• Hard-working and honest work ethos
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with high-end clients
• Current certificate of registration
• Drivers license
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
