We are a family based and “family first” focused business that specialises in Property Management and doesn’t run a conventional sales arm so your department retains the full and undivided attention of the management team, the PM Department has the highest priority at GR8 and you're managing homes that have been developed from brand new through our property development operations, so we know their history and maintenance intimately making for an easier role to step into.
We are very big on system, process and checklists so your introduction to the business will be a very smooth transition and you wont be thrown into the deep end
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including traditional real estate and NDIS housing as your experience grows.
- Overseeing their day-to-day operations and maintenance throughout the Perth Metro area.
- Build strong relationships with our tenants, understanding their individual requirements and providing personalised solutions.
- Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure the smooth running of our properties and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience in property management.
- Experience with the PropertyMe Property Management System
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting our clients and stake holders
- Relevant qualifications in property management are mandatory
- Some understanding of the NDIS framework and disability support services would be advantageous
