The Role:
Monday – Friday, this role will see you reporting directly to a reputable Director who provides plenty of support and structure. With your own dedicated Leasing Consultantand administrator for support, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing a neat and tidy portfolio of 190 properties
- Communicating effectively with landlords
- Ensure Repairs and maintenance are completed
- Manage and Conduct routine inspections
- Handling Rent Reviews
- Tribunal attendance
- NO Accounts, NO Leasing, and NO Weekends
The Candidate:
- Previous Property Management Experience
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to providing superior customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
- A positive approach with a strong customer focus
