The Position
- Portfolio capped at 180 properties.
- NO ROUTINES and NO INGOING REPORTS.
- Potential WORK FROM HOME days. Monday to Friday only - get your weekends back!
- Landlord and tenant communication.
- Outgoing inspections
- Actioning and managing maintenance requests.
- Rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Managing rental arrears.
- Administration and leasing support across the entire portfolio.
- Attending NCAT when required.
- Lucrative renumeration.

Skills & Requirements
- Property Management Experience is required.
- Real Estate License / Certificate is mandatory.
- Reliable Car & Current Driver License
