The Role:
From Monday to Friday, step into the role of a Property Manager where impeccable organisation and a customer-centric approach is key. Your responsibility involves overseeing a portfolio of 280 residential properties with dedicated support from your own experienced Property Manager and leasing team.
- Arrears management
- Coordinating and conducting routine inspections
- Managing both in and outgoing inspections
- Oversight of repairs and maintenance
- Handling rent reviews and lease renewals
- Preparation for and attendance at NCAT
- Navigating bond and insurance claims
- Offering renovation suggestions and project-managing works
- Approval of applications with Landlords
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- 5 years experience managing a residential portfolio
- Highly customer service focused
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- The ability to manage a Property Manager
- Knowledge of PropertyMe desirable
