Required skills & qualifications:
- Current QLD Registration Certificate (Cert IV Real Estate Practice)
- Proven experience in property management role within in the real estate industry
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Have a solution orientated mindset and the ability to perform under pressure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with landlords, tenants and stakeholders
- Confident in using industry software and other relevant tools
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements governing real estate transactions
- Sound knowledge of real estate documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and possess general computing skills
Day to day duties will involve:
- Managing a clean and tidy portfolio of 150+ properties
- Completing end to end property management (excluding trust accounting and business development)
- Building & maintaining strong, positive landlord and tenant relationships
- Managing enquiries and correspondence promptly and with accuracy
- Providing information and reporting to management and finance team
- Implement strategies to maximize property occupancy, rental income, and overall profitability
- Collaborate with administration for social media and newsletter content
