Now, on the lookout for a Mandarin SpeakingProperty Manager to manage their newest building (Exciting, I know).
Strategically located in the heart of the CBD on the Ground floor, conveniently giving you easy access to parking, shops, and your portfolio of properties within walking distance to the office.
Your day to day:
- 150 properties to manage in one building nearby the office (Walking Distance)
- Property me, Inspection Express, IRE
- Build strong relationships with your renters and rental providers.
- General liaison with Rental Providers/Renters
- You must have the ability of problem-solve, work autonomously but also work as a part of a team
This office has a strong foundation of support to help you manage the portfolio and take it in your stride to do what you do best! You will receive assistance from the offshore and leasing team, rest assured you can manage the day to day at ease.
We're seeking a motivated and passionate Property Manager who posses the following:
- 2+ Years experience managing a portfolio of properties
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A deep understanding of relevant real estate legislation and regulation
- Strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail, ability to use initiative
- A customer-focused approach: genuine desire to exceed expectations
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow
- A want to contribute and be a part of a team attitude
- Enthusiastic, punctual, and reliable
- Well-presented and corporately groomed
