Senior Site Manager - Tier One - $600M Project

Design and Build are delighted to be representing a leading National contractor to source a Senior Site Manager with the a demonstrable track record in Victoria on a complex three year project.

The responsibilities 

• Overall site responsibility
• Manage subcontractors by establishing respectful, mutually beneficial relationships 
• Work in tandem with strong project coordinators 
• Mentor to junior site teams 
• Ensure the timely delivery of subcontractor packages 
• Ensure site safety is at the forefront of evetr decision made
• Create and foster a positive, encouraging site environment
