Senior Property Manager - The Hills

The position:
- Full-Time Monday to Friday, NO weekend work.
- In the Hills area.
- Salary will be 100K-110K, including super plus uncapped monthly bonuses and an annual goals bonus
- Requires an individual who will embrace change and move forward with technology and innovation (please note this is a non-negotiable)
About the prospective candidate:
- For this particular opportunity, we are looking for someone with a strong background in Property Management, minimum 3-5 years experience
- You are business-minded and understand the importance of utilising technology and resources provided to be more productive and efficient
- Highly developed interpersonal skills that will enable you to organically grow your portfolio
- Ability to network and build strong relationships
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of properties – the number of properties will be agreed upon based on your aspirations for career development and financial requirements.
- You will need to be switched on and have the ability to think on your feet
- You will have a valid Driver License and your own reliable transport
- You will be willing to provide proof of working rights and undertake a police check as well as a personality profile assessment
