- Up to $110,000 package
- Monday - Friday
- 250 properties with lots of support
- Conduct outgoing inspections
- Property maintenance - liaising with both tenants and trades
- Bond management
- Rent increases, rent reviews, terminations, lease renewals
- Handing over and checking in keys
- Communication with current tenants and landlords
- Organise photos, landlord insurance, property copyright, advertising property
- Attend tribunal if and when required

- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
