The Role
You will be the Lease Administrator working within a top shopping centre based inner-Melbourne. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle enquiries.
- Maintain files, carry out filing, archiving, and shredding.
- Order and manage stationery and staff amenities.
- Manage purchase orders.
- Assist with lease document preparation, including new leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Prepare and send leasing paperwork such as offers, Disclosure Statements, and Waivers.
- Update and maintain tenant information in the property management database.
- Serve as point of contact for tenant inquiries, relay concerns to senior staff, and assist with resolving issues.
- Assist in processing lease-related payments, support the finance team with data entry and reconciliation, and maintain the Debtors/Aged Trial Balance Report.
