About the Role
Working closely with an experienced Partner and in a premier practice, you’ll have autonomy over your management of your work, being exposed to some of the most challenging, largest and high-profile matters. This will include, settlement of contract disputes, structuring procurements, contracting arrangements, major capital equipment acquisition and services delivery arrangements.
About You
Proactive & ambitious Lawyer; with
- 5+ years of PQE, coming out of a reputable law firm;
- An Australian or New Zealand LLB, JD or Diploma in Law, coupled with strong academics;
- A valid Australian practicing certificate;
- Prior experience in government/defence procurement.
- Excellent drafting, communication & negotiation skills;
- The ability to develop and maintain client relationships; and
- Be highly autonomous, but also is able to work collaboratively & effectively within a team.
