About the role

As a Senior Public Trust Officer, you'll be an integral part of the CED Program, not only administering a caseload of complex files but fostering positive relationships, contributing to change processes and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role includes supervision and you will be required to support and encourage fellow Trust Officers to meet their full potential.

You will be required to respond promptly to inquiries and exercise judgement in decision-making by utilising and applying legislation, policies and procedures to achieve customer-focused outcomes. Your financial aptitude and ability to think outside of the box will be crucial in managing complex cases. A key aspect of the role is supporting vulnerable individuals with empathy and maintaining a balance between urgency and quality.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity commencing as soon as possible based in Ipswich.
